Experience three complete games across different starting professions, budgets, and unexpected life events. You must know what it feels like to face bankruptcy, loan refusal, and partner betrayal.

Diagnostic Behavioral Auditing
Sit outside the active circle to map player micro-expressions, negotiation dominance, emotional triggers, and unstated agreements without interrupting the flow.

- Compiling behavioral diagnostic notes for the post-game debrief
Algorithmic Precision & Cash Control
Serve as the table's Central Banker: manage liquidity, audit player ledgers, enforce loan terms, calculate compound interest penalties, and ensure math integrity.

Full Table Facilitation & Debriefing
Run the entire 5-hour tournament table under the live supervision of an Accredited Master Trainer. Deliver the 30-minute opening briefing and lead the high-impact closing debrief.

Who is eligible to join the Trainer School?
Anyone who has sat at the table as an active player. Prior experience in education, psychology, or finance is welcome but not required.
What does a certified Trainer receive upon graduation?
An official accreditation certificate, the complete master game kit and print materials, access to the closed Trainer network, and the right to conduct commercial sessions and school clubs.
Can I run commercial sessions?
Yes. Certified Trainers operate independently, running paid sessions for private clients, schools, and corporate organizations.
How is the exam conducted?
After completing all 12 supervised practice cycles, candidates conduct a live session under peer evaluation and complete a methodological interview.
